Alexander "Alex" Snyder

Alex represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Peace, War, and Defense in 2018 and from Duke University School of Law with his J.D. in 2025.
