Alexa Venters’s practice involves a wide-range of industries with a focus on intellectual property matters and technology transactions. 

Overview

As part of the firm’s Intellectual Property group, Alexa assists clients with commercial and technology transactions, privacy and data security matters, and technology and intellectual property diligence.

Before practicing law, Alexa interned for Western District of North Carolina United States District Court Judge Whitney and gained work experience in supply chain management and business. 

Alexa studied business and economics as an undergraduate, and she graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law. Alexa was also an NCAA Division 1 collegiate golfer at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
