Alexis Roeber represents private equity funds, publicly held companies, and closely held companies through various corporate transactional matters. 

Overview

Alexis’ practice focuses on guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, helping structure the sale or purchase to the client’s advantage, and advising clients on corporate finance transactions, corporate governance issues, and general corporate matters.

While in law school, Alexis completed internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).
