Chandler White

As an associate of the Investment Team, Chandler focuses primarily on finance-related transactions within the areas of private equity, mezzanine finance, and venture capital. Chandler’s experience also includes cross-border and domestic acquisition financings (including multi-currency structures), high-yield bond issuances, first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, direct and syndicated lending, debt restructuring transactions, forward flow arrangements, and securitizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Chandler practiced in the New York office of a multinational law firm, where he represented companies, banks, direct lenders, leading private equity sponsors, and other borrowers in a variety of finance transactions.
