Overview
Eleni Filley centers her practice on complex syndicated transactions, private lending arrangements, and the representation of banks and financial institutions. With an understanding of financial structures and regulatory frameworks, Eleni assists clients navigating high-stakes deals and institutional lending matters. Eleni served as Managing Editor for the Washington & Lee School of Law's Civil Rights and Social Justice Journal and a member of the Moot Court Executive Board as the co-chair of the Client Counseling competition.
