Grayson Campbell represents corporate clients primarily in private equity and M&A contexts. He has experience with complex add-on and sale transactions and assists clients with corporate governance needs.

Overview

Grayson comes to the firm from Washington, D.C., where he focused primarily on private equity acquisitions and related governance matters—particularly within government contractor platforms in the aerospace and defense industries. Grayson is accredited with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and has represented veteran clients on a pro bono basis.

Grayson holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.S. from The University of Alabama. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern in the Eastern District of Virginia, as a Student Honors Legal Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and as a Parliamentary Fellow in the U.K. House of Commons.
