Overview
Haley represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Haley graduated from Duke University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics concentrated in Finance. She also obtained her Master of Management Studies degree from Duke University in 2020 at the Fuqua School of Business. Haley earned her J.D. at Wake Forest University School of Law in 2023.
