Jack regularly assists clients with obtaining patent rights in the U.S. and foreign countries and provides opinions regarding patentability, freedom-to-operate, and non-infringement.
Jack’s industry experience as an engineer provides him with valuable knowledge in assisting clients with obtaining protection for their new, innovative, and emerging technologies. Jack is currently studying to become a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registered patent agent.
