By providing clients with strategic guidance and practical solutions, she helps employers meet business objectives, drive immigration compliance and address global mobility needs.
Jennifer also offers guidance on the development of immigration and global mobility policies, bringing a unique perspective as to how environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives play a key role in modern immigration and mobility programs.
Additionally, Jennifer provides assistance to victims of human trafficking secure T visas through Moore and Van Allen’s Human Trafficking Pro Bono Project.
