Keerthi represents banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.

Keerthi utilizes his interdisciplinary background in law and business to help clients navigate complex transactions. Keerthi worked as a banking and financial attorney in Chicago prior to joining the firm. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Decision Science in 2016 and from Washington University in St. Louis obtaining both a law degree and Master of Business Administration.
