Laken Land

Laken is an associate in the Litigation group focusing on complex litigation, internal investigations, and commercial disputes. She pairs careful attention to detail with creative problem-solving to assist clients with high-stakes challenges.

In law school, Laken served on the school’s Trial Bar and Moot Court organizations, competing at both the regional and national levels. As President of the Creative Journal of Contemporary Bioethics, Laken led discussions at the intersection of law, medicine, and innovation. She also brings experience in medical device design and as a basketball official into a practical, forward-thinking approach to her practice.
