Lukas J. Lasher

Lukas Lasher concentrates his practice in commercial real estate. He represents developers, investors, owners, landlords, tenants, and limited partners in a range of real estate transactions, encompassing land acquisitions, dispositions, sales, financing, development, management, operation, and leasing. Lukas has experience with a diverse array of projects, spanning industrial, retail, multifamily, office, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. He also represents clients in the formation and structuring of joint ventures, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and the preparation and negotiation of service agreements related to real estate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Lukas practiced at a large international law firm where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate and governance matters. He assisted private equity sponsors and strategic buyers, both buy-side and sell-side, in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other transactional matters across a range of industries and sectors.
