Noah’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions, U.S. securities laws, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Overview

Noah advises public companies on a wide range of matters involving U.S. securities laws, including disclosure requirements and Exchange Act reporting, state corporate law, the rules and regulations of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, and corporate governance.

He also has experience representing both issuers and underwriters in securities offerings, including offerings of common and preferred equity and debt in both registered offerings and private placements.

Before joining the firm, Noah practiced at Morrion & Foerster LLP in Washington, DC.
