Rachel Gibbs’ practice involves advising individuals and businesses on a full range of corporate and estate planning matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, governance, trust administration and charitable planning for high net-worth individuals. Rachel is also heavily involved with the healthcare team and works with hospitals and physicians on a wide variety of corporate and employment matters.


Rachel joined the firm after receiving her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While at South Carolina, Rachel was involved with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and received the Arthur B. Custy Memorial Scholarship Award, given each year to the best student in taxation law. Rachel also served as a research assistant and student ambassador.
