Overview

Rebecca is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Intellectual Property group. She focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation and represents clients in federal courts and administrative hearings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. As a registered patent attorney and chemistry degree holder, Rebecca has particular experience in patent litigation.

Rebecca earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where she served as the Articles Editor for the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and a head coach for the International Criminal Court Moot Court team. She gained practical experience as an intern for a federal agency and as a student attorney in the Civil Rights & Federal Practice Clinic.

Before joining the firm, Rebecca worked in the Intellectual Property Litigation group of a national law firm in New York City.
