Richard's experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint venture formation, large-scale office, industrial and retail leasing, and advising on real estate components of mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Richard practiced with a firm in Columbia, South Carolina, where he primarily represented Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees in complex bankruptcy matters before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
