Roderick Setzer focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Overview

Roderick earned his B.S., summa cum laude, from North Carolina Central University and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as president of the Black Law Student Association. While in law school, Roderick worked in the Community Law & Business Clinic, where he gained experience in corporate governance matters involving startup companies and nonprofit organizations.
