Theodore "Teddy" J. Hoffmann

Teddy Hoffmann is an associate in Moore & Van Allen's Financial Services group. He represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Teddy practiced in the Finance and Capital Markets groups of a large New York law firm, where he represented leading investment banks in connection with syndicated credit facilities and investment grade and high yield bond offerings.
