Overview
Will Reeves represents financial institutions, banks, investment firms and corporate clients in a broad range of secured and unsecured lending transactions and other complex financings. Will also advises public companies on a range of matters relating to U.S. securities laws and represents issuers and investors in public and private securities offerings.
Prior to joining the firm, Will practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP in London, England.
