As a former in-house counsel and with almost 20 years practice experience in financial services, Will Jetton brings deep knowledge as well as practical experience and commitment to business objectives to his representation of financial institutions, including banks and lenders.


Will represents a commercial banks and other financial institutions, as well as private direct lenders, in various types of secured and unsecured financing transactions. His practice includes a particular focus on highly leveraged, secured financing arrangements provided by lenders to private equity sponsors for the purpose of acquisition finance and dividend recapitalization. His practice experience also includes asset-based lending, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and telecommunications.
