Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that GlobeSt. has named Commercial Real Estate Senior Counsel Tracey C. Easton a “2024 Woman of Influence” in the CRE Legal Counsel category.

“I am thrilled to congratulate Tracey for this well-deserved GlobeSt. recognition,” said Evan M. She is also a true asset to our clients and her impact among Charlotte’s real estate and affordable housing community is immeasurable.”

In addition to being honored as a Woman of Influence, Easton is a finalist for the GlobeSt. 2024 Woman of the Year in the CRE Legal Counsel category. Women of the Year winners will be announced when all 2024 Women of Influence honorees are formally recognized at an awards ceremony on July 23 as part of the 2024 GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference in Lake Tahoe, California.

The GlobeSt. Women of Influence awards recognize commercial real estate female professionals for their remarkable achievements. According to GlobeSt., these individuals have personally impacted the market and have significantly driven the industry to new heights via their outstanding successes.

In her day-to-day practice, Easton represents affordable housing developers seeking financing through state and federal programs. Before joining MVA, she served as general counsel with the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) for nearly 18 years, providing leadership and oversight for the organization’s Legal and Compliance and Quality Control departments. She also previously served as an assistant attorney general at the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General.
