Moore & Van Allen served as legal counsel to Linville Capital in its acquisition of Fitch Irick Corp., a Charlotte‑based affordable housing platform with a national development and management footprint.

Fitch Irick’s platform includes a property management business overseeing nearly 13,500 units across eight states, supporting the development, ownership, and long‑term operation of affordable housing communities.
