Greg Dodge brings his experience as an in-house General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to his practice focusing on private investment and fund formation matters.

Overview

Greg focuses his practice on advising U.S. and non-U.S. sponsors across the full spectrum of private investment fund formation matters including structuring and fundraising. Greg also advises sponsors on regulatory and compliance, structuring and day-to-day operational issues.

In addition, Greg represents institutional investors with respect to their investments in private funds, co-investments and secondary transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Greg worked in the private funds groups at two international law firms and served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at a life sciences private investment manager with over $2.5 billion in assets under management.
