Danielle is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring group. She represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in restructuring and corporate bankruptcy matters. Danielle also has experience in representing financial institution in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
