Erin E. Clawson Zorn

Erin Clawson Zorn is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Corporate group. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University. Erin represents public and privately-held companies in complex transactions and advises on comprehensive commercial contracts. She has experience advising private equity funds and independent sponsors on mergers and acquisitions and other investment transactions, as well as counseling clients on matters of corporate governance, formations of funds, and other general corporate matters. Previously, Erin practiced law in Delaware, where she advised on formation and governance of alternative entities, along with rendering third-party opinions for various transactions, including fund formations and debt financings.
