J.P. joined the firm after tenure as Senior Counsel of Development for a leading renewable energy developer and IPP where he provided legal strategy and implementation for a 7.5 GW solar and storage development pipeline spanning 20+ states and multiple regional transmission organizations and monopoly utilities.
He brings practical industry experience and commercial consciousness to his representation. Leveraging his experience, J.P. is able to connect with and understand a variety of subject matter experts to integrate specific disciplines and fully protect his clients’ interests. His background working with projects and companies through full development and funding processes provides a unique, holistic approach to risk management for long term success, reasonable commercial outcomes, and efficient delivery of service.
