John R. Suggs

John Suggs is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Financial Services group.  He represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.

Prior to joining the firm, John practiced for three years in Boston, Massachusetts as an associate with Ropes & Gray LLP, where he focused on Capital Markets, strategic M&A, and IP transactions for large corporate clients.
