Overview
John Wymer represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities. Prior to joining the firm, John practiced with a Texas-based law firm, where he advised clients on a variety of oil and gas transactional matters. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Clemson University in 2021 and received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2024.
