Overview
Reaghan is an associate on Moore & Van Allen’s Litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, Reaghan served as a law clerk for United States District Court Judge Frank D. Whitney in the Western District of North Carolina learning the intricacies of a courtroom experience and honing her skills in legal writing and critical analysis.
While attending law school, Reaghan received the Eugene Gressman & Daniel H. Pollitt Oral Advocacy Award. She served as the Membership & Inclusion Editor of the North Carolina Law Review where she led efforts to make the journal a more diverse and inclusive scholastic board. Reaghan participated in her school’s Youth Justice Clinic where she represented children and adolescents in delinquency, criminal, school suspension, and post-conviction cases.
Reaghan earned her B.A. in Political Science and her B.S. in Psychology with a specialized concentration in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Florida, cum laude, and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, honors.
