Steve’s practice includes a wide range of business transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, governance, and general corporate matters. He also has extensive experience in the formation, structuring, and governance of privately held business entities and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Steve’s clients include businesses in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, consumer products, telecommunications, service, and energy. His merger and acquisition experience includes representing both acquirors and targets in domestic and cross border transactions. Steve is known for his practical approach to resolving issues and completing transactions.
