Moore & Van Allen (MVA) served as legal counsel to Airforce Turbine Service, Ltd. (ATS) in connection with McNally Capital’s strategic acquisition of ATS which was announced publicly on December 18, 2025. The partnership positions ATS for its next phase of growth, expanded capabilities, and continued global service excellence. ATS is a leading independent global aviation services provider specializing in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A engine family.
