Andrew J. Chamberlain

Andrew represents banks, insurance companies and private capital providers in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities supporting corporate and sponsor-owned borrowers across a broad range of industries, including technology and telecommunications, healthcare, consumer retail, industrial and manufacturing, business services, hospitality and leisure, agriculture, and franchisee/franchisor. Andrew’s experience includes financing acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, cash-flow and asset-based secured credit facilities, as well as the acquisition and development of real estate.

A former member of the banking community, Andrew leverages his understanding of financial institutions to guide clients from their initial pitch through closing.

• Represented Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in $250MM committed financing of private equity group acquisition of multi-unit quick service restaurant franchisee
• Represented Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in $150MM financing of working capital and real estate senior secured loans in support of multi-state winery
• Represented Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in $100MM financing of private equity group acquisition of real estate technology service provider
