Overview

Andrew Chamberlain represents financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of syndicated, club and single lender credit facilities.  His experience principally involves financial sponsor acquisitions in the franchise, TMT, and consumer space.  Andrew’s practice also extends to financings involving the acquisition and development of numerous real estate projects. A former member of the banking community, Andrew employs his understanding of financial institutions to guide clients from their initial pitch to closing.

  • Represented Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in $250MM committed financing of private equity group acquisition of multi-unit quick service restaurant franchisee
  • Represented Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in $150MM financing of working capital and real estate senior secured loans in support of multi-state winery
  • Represented Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in $100MM financing of private equity group acquisition of real estate technology service provider
  • Represented Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in $100MM financing of working capital facility for education service provider
  • Represented Lender in $100MM financing of a publicly traded company's acquisition of a healthcare education program provider
  • Represented Lender in $30MM financing of family office acquisition of multiple auto-wash facilities
  • Represented Lender in $20MM Bridge Loan and $29.5MM financing in respect of a 500-acre special-use ground lease entertainment complex
  • Represented Lender in $25MM financing of construction loan for an engineering and development facility
