Overview
Graves advises private credit funds, banks, direct lenders, and other institutional investors (including business development companies and small business investment companies) in a broad range of leveraged financing transactions. His practice focuses on representing lenders in senior secured, second lien, split-lien, unitranche, and mezzanine credit facilities, including single-lender and club transactions supporting sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, restructurings, and other strategic investments.
Graves also represents private equity sponsors, venture capital investors, and emerging growth companies in connection with equity and debt financings, including venture capital investments, co-investments, and other capital raises for growth-stage businesses.
