Overview

Hunter Revord is an associate in Moore & Van Allen's Financial Services group. He represents banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Hunter graduated from Penn State with a degree in Finance in 2019 and from Wake Forest in 2022 obtaining both a law degree and a master’s degree in sustainability.

Representative Experience

Hunter’s experience in complex financing transactions spans across a broad range of industries, including agriculture, cattle, dairy, forestry, fishing, fitness, food services, renewable energy and vineyards.

  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $1.835 billion in senior credit facilities to one of the world’s largest cattle feeding operators
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $775 million in senior credit facilities to one of the largest fisheries and seafood companies in North America
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $775 million in senior credit facilities to a prominent cooperative and processor of grape-based products in North America
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $575 million in senior credit facilities to a nationally recognized fitness center franchise chain
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $326 million in senior credit facilities to a nationally recognized fitness center franchise chain
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $330 million in senior credit facilities to a privately held, national recognized cattle feeding operator
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $260 million in senior credit facilities to a privately held, American coffee franchise chain
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $240 million in acquisition financing for a major music management company purchasing music rights from one of the world’s largest music companies
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $200 million in senior credit facilities to one of the largest flour milling and grain-based ingredient supplier in North America
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $89.5 million in renewable energy project financing for a large community solar project in North America
