Overview
Lauren focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation involving business disputes, construction matters, health care litigation, employment claims, real estate disputes, and tort actions. She represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants, including Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses, and closely held entities across a variety of industries.
Lauren’s litigation experience includes managing multi-party disputes, coordinating discovery and motion practice, conducting hearings, and handling matters through trial and appeal. She has addressed claims involving breach of contract, business torts, professional liability, regulatory compliance, and statutory causes of action.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lauren advises businesses, institutions, and individuals on regulatory and operational matters. Her advisory work includes contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, risk management, internal policy development, compliance counseling, and professional licensing issues. She regularly works with executive leadership and in-house stakeholders to assess legal exposure and implement practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
