Taylor Boyles is an employment attorney who represents a diverse group in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her legal practice includes consulting on everyday employment needs, providing in-depth litigation analysis and strategy, and representing clients in their litigation matters.

Overview

Taylor concentrates her practice in all areas of employment law, from practical application to in-depth analysis of litigation strategy. Her skill set includes advising, consulting, and counseling clients on a full array of matters including employee discipline, handbook development and revisions, reductions in force, and employment and confidentiality agreements. Taylor also focuses her litigation practice on contractual disputes, non-compete litigation, and the defense of wrongful termination and protected class discrimination cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Taylor practiced litigation, with a focus in labor and employment disputes, in Philadelphia.

Representative Experience

  • Represented national employer in defending against a former employee’s claims under federal law, including claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act, and achieving favorable settlement for employer
  • Obtained numerous no-cause findings for charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and various state agencies
  • Represented employers in pursuing actions for and defending against noncompetition and nonsolicitation actions
  • Represented multimillion-dollar corporation and achieved dismissal of all claims in the client’s favor
