Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Financial Restructuring Member Gabe Mathless served as guest speaker at the 2023 WDNC Bankruptcy Seminar panel titled, “Cryptocurrency and Bankruptcy,” on May 19. The speakers discussed the recent crypto-related bankruptcies and the crypto-related updates to the Uniform Commercial Code.
