Moore & Van Allen Advises Charleston Workforce Housing Fund and Ascent Housing on Acquisition of Waverly Place Apartments

Moore & Van Allen served as legal counsel to the Charleston Workforce Housing Fund and Ascent Housing in their acquisition of Waverly Place Apartments, an affordable housing community located in North Charleston, South Carolina.

The Waverly Place acquisition now brings the Charleston Workforce Housing Fund to a portfolio of 500 units of preserved affordable housing across Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties.

The MVA deal team included Members David Freda, Christopher Colwell, and Gregory Dodge, Senior Counsel William Stroud, and Associates Cara Musciano and Toni-Ann Hines.
