Jonathan Prytherch serves as presenter for UNC Law students

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Litigation Counsel Jonathan Prytherch recently had the opportunity to serve as a guest presenter for “The Role of a Compliance Lawyer” at the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill. The interactive presentation was part of a Financial Services Compliance class for second and third-year UNC law students. Jonathan shared his background and perspectives as a former securities regulator with FINRA’s Department of Enforcement, in-house counsel at a broker-dealer, and now outside counsel at Moore & Van Allen. As part of the presentation, he and others discussed several securities regulatory topics including the different aspects of routine examinations and targeted enforcement matters.
