Barrett Morris brings his in-house legal experience to guide clients on OTC and exchange trades swaps, options, futures and other derivatives, and to provide guidance on bank regulatory and consumer finance matters.

Overview

Barrett leverages his experience working at Wall Street and other large US banks to help clients understand the practical front office, operational, and compliance requirements associated a broad array of regulatory requirements. In prior roles within banks, Barrett advised senior management, governance committees, business and operations groups, and risk and compliance groups on compliance with Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act, Commodity Exchange Act, Investment Company Act, various regulations from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and prudential banking regulations promulgated by Federal Reserve and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
