Overview
Caroline Savini is an associate in the Litigation and Labor and Employment group focusing on complex business litigation and labor and employment law. She has broad experience in contractual disputes, business torts, shareholder disputes, and non-compete and trade secret litigation. She also has extensive experience in the pre-trial and trial stages of litigation, and regularly litigates in state and federal courts, as well as North Carolina’s Business Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline served as a law clerk for the Honorable Adam M. Conrad on the North Carolina Business Court.
