Evan Nogay advises clients in all stages of complex and corporate litigation matters, corporate investigations, and regulatory and compliance issues. Evan focuses on tailoring his litigation strategy to fit each client’s unique needs at each stage of a case.

Overview

Evan has experience litigating contractual disputes, construction matters, business torts, director and officer liability claims, and class actions and has litigated cases in both state and federal courts across the country. Evan has worked with a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, small businesses, and individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Evan worked at a large, national law firm in Chicago and served as a law clerk for the Honorable John Preston Bailey, United States District Judge for the Northern District of West Virginia.
