Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Litigation Associate Precious McLaughlin served as a guest lecturer for a Race, Law, and Politics class at Francis Marion University. Precious discussed the 14th Amendment, Colorblind Constitutionalism, and Thurgood Marshall’s Reflections on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution.
