Lexi Narducci adeptly represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters with a primary focus on the construction, commercial real estate, manufacturing, and rail industries.

Overview

Lexi is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group where she represents national, regional, and local clients in a variety of commercial disputes in state court, federal court, and arbitration. Lexi’s practice involves a broad range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, commercial real estate, and rail disputes.

Lexi routinely represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in matters involving multifamily and single family housing projects, hospitality development, production facilities, and more. Lexi assists her clients in all aspects of construction disputes, including construction contract negotiation, pre-claim counseling, and litigating before courts and arbitration panels. Lexi also works directly with clients, consultants, and experts in the project repair process when a dispute first arises, during litigation or arbitration, and post-dispute resolution.

In addition to her core practice, Lexi provides pro bono counsel to indigent federal criminal defendants and other underrepresented populations.  Lexi was selected for the Western District of North Carolina’s Criminal Justice Act Training Panel, which has positioned her to take on a growing number of these meaningful representations in federal court.
