Amy Johnson concentrates her practice in the area of public finance. She regularly represents clients as counsel to underwriters, banks, issuers and trustees, as well as disclosure counsel. Amy currently serves as Disclosure Counsel to the State of North Carolina, a position she has held since 2016.

In her role as Disclosure Counsel to the State of North Carolina, Amy leads the State’s communications and disclosure to its investors.

In addition, Amy co-leads the firm’s Diversity Committee. She also serves on the board of directors for PFLAG Charlotte.
