Priti concentrates her practice in the area of real estate finance. She has represented mortgage lenders and servicers, both at the state and federal levels. Priti is experienced in closing complex commercial real estate transactions involving a variety of property types including retail, office, restaurants, hotels, self-storage, and warehouse. Additionally, Priti has extensive knowledge and experience in creditor’s rights and other general real estate matters.
