Andrew Herndon focuses his practice on renewable energy transactions. He represents financial institutions in the financing of energy assets such as solar facilities. 

Overview

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked in the legal department of Calpine Corporation focusing on energy development matters. Prior to Calpine, he worked for Tesla, Inc. developing and assisting with proposals for commercial­-scale solar and utility­-scale battery energy storage systems. Andrew also previously worked for a law firm dedicated exclusively to providing legal services to the renewable energy industry. 

Andrew worked as a renewable energy reporter for Bloomberg LP and a startup company it acquired, where he focused on project development and project finance issues.
