MVA Investment Team engaged in Groundworks and KKR transaction

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) represented an investor and executive during the recent transaction of Groundworks, LLC , a leading foundation repair and water management services company, and KKR, a leading global investment firm, in which KKR made a significant investment in Groundworks as part of a new strategic partnership. The transaction was highlighted in M&A Weekly on February 2^nd.

MVA Investment Team co-head Ryan Smith, Paul Peralta, Brian Mesibov, Beth Grimes, Laura Gray, and Katie McConnell worked on this transaction, and these team members and others represent Groundworks in a variety of matters.
